Cantonese is my second language, and my English is free of complicated doctor jargon. Occasionally I even speak dog. The point is that sometimes, you just need a doc who speaks your language.

Fitness Enthusiast

Rain or shine, sun or snow, I never miss an opportunity to get outside. I like to share this passion for enjoying all four of Toronto's seasons by running, cycling, and even hosting free community bootcamps.

Food Fanatic

Mmmm, food! I can't miss the chance to check out new restaurants, and I love spending time in the kitchen dreaming up new takes on classic dishes. For me, eating well and living well go hand in hand.

REDUCE/MANAGE PAIN

The number one reason why people seek care is because they are in PAIN! In order to tackle it, it's important to first understand what's going on with your body to avoid aggravating the area that hurts.

IMPROVE FUNCTIONALITY

Motion is lotion. It's important to stay mobile, and the key is to not fall into bad movement habits or sedentary states. If you live by that motto, not only will you move with control, you'll feel better overall.

PROMOTE WELLBEING

At the end of the day, the focus is on your health & wellbeing. When you adjust your lifestyle for the better, you will reap the short and long-term benefits. There's just no better way to put a smile on your face!
